We stopped by today on a whim and thoroughly enjoyed our lunch! Everything was remarkably flavorful and our server, Sebastian, was outstanding. We had the fish sandwich, the chopped salad, and, for dessert, the cheesecake and I can't remember the name but some sort of (delicious!!) apple pastry. We'll be back! (Also, any restaurant that offers me still AND sparkling water gets a thumbs up from me!)
Such a gem of a spot. The wild mushroom pizza was perfection (so good I didn’t get a photo). The tzatziki chicken salad had such great flavor but might be better as a salad or open faced.
We have always loved Passero. We eat there quite often. Food is great. Ambience is lovely. Etc. Today, I have a different reason for loving this place. This past Saturday, we had brunch there after our younger daughter's First Communion. Somehow I did not realize until today (so about 5 days later) that I couldn't find my late mother's beautiful emerald ring that I had worn that day. My mom passed away in 2018 (my dad in 2016) and this ring is extremely special to me. (I always knew it was a bit loose on me, and I rarely wear it, but figured that it was heavy enough that I'd feel it if it came off....such was obviously not the case.) After looking everywhere today, the only other place I could think of looking was Passero. I arrived at 4:30 when they opened. I explained the situation. The minute some of the staff heard I had lost a ring, one of them said, "Is it green?" I said yes and she said they had it. I actually burst into tears immediately and they were all just so very kind. Some even gave me a hug. And the young man gave my daughter a cake pop while they went to get the ring. I am beyond grateful to the staff there. I'm not sure exactly who turned it in (maybe someone named Miguel as his name was on the envelope that held my ring, but not sure) but am so very appreciative they did. Rings are small and not everyone is kind and honest. Someone could have easily pocketed that and not thought twice. It meant so very much to me to have that ring back. THANK YOU to the staff at Passero for making my day, doing the right thing, and saving something so incredibly important and special to me! :)
Passero has been a favorite of mine since the day they opened. I love exploring their seasonal menu items and creative drinks—there’s always something new and delicious to try. One standout for me is their double cheeseburger, which I think rivals (and even beats!) Small Cheval, especially when I add an over-easy egg on top—highly recommend it! Their lattes are also fantastic, making brunch here a real treat. The ambience is warm and inviting, and nothing beats relaxing on the patio during the summer. Passero never disappoints!
Me and my husband were in the area on his work trip. We tried this place on a whim and I’m so glad we did! Seriously one of the best restaurants ever! We got the Brussels sprouts and they were some of the best we’ve had. I got the vodka pasta and he got the chicken. Both amazing! For dessert we got the peanut butter pie also very delicious. Would highly recommend this place!
Went to Passero with some family members after they raved about how good it is. They were right ! The food at Passero was excellent. They offer creative Italian dishes, desserts and a have a nice wine and cocktail menu. I had the "A Nice Piece of Fish" which was Alaskan Halibut with a pistachio crust . Great texture and flavor . I also got to try the Sweet Corn Risotto with bay scallops. The scallops were sweet and succulent. Service was also great . Bar and dining area were comfortable . Nice decor throughout. We went at 7:30 on a Thursday night and the restaurant was full
We visited this restaurant to celebrate a friend’s birthday, and the elegant atmosphere along with the thoughtfully prepared dishes made our time truly enjoyable. It was the perfect setting to share meaningful conversations and create memories. This is a wonderful place to bring someone special or to host an important guest. Interestingly enough, among all the dishes we tried, the dessert — especially the cake — left the most memorable impression. It was absolutely delightful.
Such great attentiveness from our server, shout out Patrick! Had the pepperoni pizza and mushroom pizza, a lot was going on with the mushroom pizza had to eat it with utensils. Flavors were great & such a great venue:)
